Project Management

Wind NI‘s project management team employ the principles of the UK recognized Project Management tool Prince2.

We manage projects within a clearly defined framework whereby each process is specified with its key inputs and outputs and with specific goals and activities to be carried out based on the time and budget constraints of each individual project.

Each project will be presented to the client in the form of a project plan which will show a visual representation of each clearly defined stage and how the project will run from the initiation stage of site location, to planning, through to development and finally production output.
